Cut fingerling potatoes into quarters, lengthwise
Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 15 minutes
Drain potatoes and pat dry
Mix spices together and sprinkle over potatoes
Drizzle in the oil and toss potatoes to coat
Preheat air fryer at 400°F for 3 minutes
Place potatoes in a single layer in air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crispy, turning after 5 minutes.
Serve immediately
